Refund policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the time you received your package to request a return and send it back. Items shipped for return outside of the 20 day period will not be accepted. All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will gladly accept any unworn, unused, unwashed item in its original condition with all original tags and packaging within 20 days of receiving your item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately we cannot create a return label for items outside of the U.S. If returning an international order, you will be expected to pay for shipping your return item back. Please note: we are NOT responsible for any custom fees, the customer is expected to pay any and all custom fees.

STARTING 12/19/2025 WE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE RETURN LABELS FOR RETURNED ITEMS OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE OVER 3 RETURNS ORDERS. CUSTOMER WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN RETURN LABELS.
CUSTOMERS WHO ARE RETURNING/EXCHANGING FOR THE FIRST TIME: The shipping cost you paid, will be non-refundable. There will be a $8.00 return fee(shipping fee) automatically deducted from your total refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us after the 20 day time frame will be subject to denial and will not be eligible for a refund to your original payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We will evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
While we want to ensure you love your purchase, there are certain items that are not eligible for return or exchange. These include all clearance items and any bodysuits. All bodysuit purchases are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please start your exchange process by sending an email to info@shoparthelabel.com first with your name, order number, and the style/size you are exchanging. Once the return is accepted, we will provide you with the address to ship the exchange item back. Once we have received your exchange, we will sent out the new item. Please note, we are unable to provide return labels for exchanges, customer is expected to cover this cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
